Catherine has worked in the fitness industry in both Jersey and Yorkshire since 2003, as both a Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Specialist.
As a qualified level 4 instructor, she enjoys using her experience to support individuals with specific medical conditions, focusing on aiding recovery and working towards a better quality of life.
Catherine is very passionate about Pilates and is fully qualified with APPI. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise to help individuals gain the many benefits Pilates has to offer.
Catherine runs a weekly progressive Pilates course at Elemental Health.
