Esther is a US-trained Registered Dietitian who offers evidence-based, personalised nutrition therapy to support adults with complex and long-standing health concerns.
Esther specialises in gut health, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, and chronic lifestyle-related disease. As the former dietitian for DreamWorks and NBCUniversal, Esther has worked with a diverse range of clients. She works regularly with people experiencing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), coeliac disease, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease (including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease), fibromyalgia, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other autoimmune and lifestyle-related conditions.
She also works with people experiencing persistent or “mystery” symptoms such as fatigue, bloating, migraines, hair loss, vertigo, anxiety, and low mood. Esther is trained by Monash University in the use of the low FODMAP diet for IBS.
Esther takes a functional and integrative approach, focusing on the whole person rather than a set of symptoms. She conducts a thorough medical, dietary, and lifestyle assessment before working collaboratively with clients to create a personalised nutrition care plan. Her approach is entirely individualised - taking into account dietary preferences, lifestyle, relationship with food, and budget - to develop realistic and sustainable strategies that can be maintained long-term.
