Helen has over 20 years experience as a Massage Therapist. She first completed her training at Highlands College, after which she worked for 8 years at Les Roches Health Spa, where she received in house training with Thalgo products and in other massage techniques. Since that time she has been working for herself as a mobile therapist.
Helen has always been interested in holistic therapies and Aromatherapy Massage (please this be hyperlinked to the massage page) is her first love. She feels that the healing power of physical touch is so often underestimated and this is what inspires her passion for massage.
Rather than following a strict routine, Helen uses her intuition and many years of experience to locate and concentrate on the areas she feels need the most attention. She combines the use of essential oils to help to enhance relaxation, reduce stress and improve mood, thus creating a holistic experience for mind and body by stimulating the senses and promoting physical healing.
